More Rock'n'Roll REVOLUTION..

I think it's time the world knew just how IMPORTANT the JAMC are..were..and will ALWAYS BE !!

Notice any similarities with this
picture and the inside cover of
The best of Velvet Underground?

The Mary Chain influenced a generation of bands.

Like many before them the JESUS AND MARY CHAIN have left an indelible 'footprint' in the musical sand.
When one analyses JAMCs musical influences it is hard to avoid making the usual Velvet Underground/Stooges cliches.
In my other website (see www.jonnos.50megs.com )I talk about first hearing JAMC on John Peels Radio Show and how they reminded me of The Velvets 'European son'Warhol/Nico album.
It's so weird that whenever I hear the Velvet Underground I immediately think of The Chain...Subliminal or what ??

If you have ever visited April Skies(JAMC Web Site)you will realise how important JAMC were still are and always will be..
