**Rennet/Pepsin
Rennet is a milk coagulant that is the concentrated
extract of Renin enzyme obtained from a calves stomach
(Calf Rennet)or an adult bovine stomach(Bovine Rennet).
Pepsin is a milk coagulating enzyme found in pig's
stomach.
